I don't know if people realize this about me, but I hate to talk about myself. I only talk about myself to my wife and kids. My older kids are probably tired of hearing about me but my younger kids keep asking for more. It's amazing what they believe. My youngest child believes I went to school with King Kong and The Incredible Hulk and I used to take their lunch money. I even think that he's almost convinced that I'm Santa Claus. I like to joke and play around with my kids a lot. Sometimes we wrestle in the house and it makes my wife, "the most beautiful women that I know," very angry and that's not good. I tell them the real stories also, like how I joined the Marine Corps at the age of 16. Fought in three combat tours with the Marines and served as a Drill Instructor. Since I have always enjoyed weight training, I got certified as a personal trainer to help others. I joined the Army National Guard and served as a Leadership Instructor. I finally retire from the military in April 2007. During my time in the military, I was able to play football in an adult league and a couple of semi pro leagues. I was able to box for a while and coach a boxing team. I've competed in several power lifting competitions and even did some bodybuilding. After the military, my dream was to open a fitness gym and that dream has come true. On August 9, 2008 we officially opened the doors to Rage Fitness in Lehi Utah. We have some awesome classes at the gym for kids, women, and men. I even run my own system there to show people how to get the body that they want. Whether you want to burn fat, build lean muscle, bulk up, train for sports, or train for competitions, my system works.
