ARMOR

n (armer) A tough, more - or - less rigid protective covering. A defensive covering.


* Knights Armor is a 3 month exercise program that runs 3 days a week. It is a 3 phase customized training program along with individualized nutrition tips to achieve the physique that you desire. In order to maintain high quality individual training, group numbers are limited to 4.

Also included:

- Information on your body shape and body type

- Full muscle development using the 3 points of flexion

- Three 1 on 1 nutritional counsels

- Before and after pictures (optional)

- Measurements

- Body fat testing (w/ calipers) optional


- Phase 1 - Muscle Building : Resistant training using weights to build lean muscle tissue, focusing on the 3 points of flexion to achieve full muscle development.
