- Over the years, I have competed in numerous power lifting competitions, bodybuilding, football, boxing, and even competed in the tough man competition. I enjoy training people to get the results that they desire. That is my greatest reward. I love spending time with my wife, kids and dogs when I get free time and I recognize that I am blessed to be surrounded by good people. Currently, I am the owner Rage Fitness and I am enjoying the learning experiences that I am receiving.
