Today is actually the first day in the 4th week of my journey, by the time the RAGE Fitness body transformation comes to an end I will have done a full 16 weeks. So when I started at week 1 I cleaned up my nutrition plan a bit (I still had treats quite consistently), started to weight train with HEAVY weight 4 days/week, and started a "cardio plan" of 15mins 4x's/week (unless I joined in on a class, or just didn't do it all together). My cardio has not been consistent at all.
After 4 weeks there has been some progress, but not as much as there should have been. REALLY not happy seeing the pics at all, but there is nothing I can do but do better from here on out. Sleep for me is huge!! and I need to get a few more hrs when possible. Its time to get serious. For the next 2 weeks I will be doing lower carbs (and no cheating) and increasing my cardio to 5 days/week with 2days of 2x's/day. Nothing too crazy I will be doing interval for 20 mins and steady state for 30 mins.
Honestly I'm not completely happy with myself. I believe I ate about a dozen sugar cookies this last weekend (it was VALENTINES?, no excuse it hindered my progress)!!!! So here I go!!!!

All this being said, unfortunately I got my body fat tested and it went up. NO I am not happy but the more I research and talk to people I trust it has got to be my stress level and/or a combination of hormones. I have been in and out of the Dr. office for the last month (hopefully I'm figured out). I think that part of my stress will decrease, and hopefully it help my hormones. So I feel like this is my fresh start, its been 5 days and I'm FINALLY released to exercise again. Today was the first day back and my workout felt great. I will post new pictures next week!
