Introducing Dylan Russon, our new Personal Trainer at Rage Fitness. Dylan is certified through NASM for "Performance Enhancement" and "Corrective Exercise".
He specializes in weight loss, muscle building, sports training, Olympic lifts, battle ropes, TRX and kettle bell training.
Dylan loves mountain biking and competing in the Highland Games.
I've seen Dylan in action and I feel that he will be and already is a valuable asset to Rage.
