RAGE TRAINING
Come to Rage Fitness and train at the same time I do on Monday thru Friday at 9 - 10am or Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7 - 8pm. Learn new workout programs and exercises. This is NOT a class. You do your own workout with some assistance from myself and others in the gym. If you need help putting together a workout, I can help you with it.
